The Restaurant
At Headlands we have always taken pride in our restaurant, and in 1997
we were awarded an AA rosette for our cuisine. Our policy is to serve
good food at realistic prices, which we achieve by using fresh local produce
in season. In particular, we specialise in local fish and seafood including
Port Isaac crabs and lobster. We always include vegetarian options on
our menus and are pleased to cater for any special diets. As all our dishes
are freshly prepared to order, we can serve them in a plainer style without
sauces if preferred.
To complement the food, we have an extensive list of personally chosen
wines from around the world and a full range of drinks from the bar. The
restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable. We believe that dinner
should not be rushed and you are welcome to occupy the table all evening
if you wish. Alternatively, we should be pleased to serve your after dinner
coffee in either the bar or lounge.
A full English breakfast with choice of hot dishes is served every day
while Dinner is served in our restaurant every evening. Where terms include
dinner, this is our Table d’Hote menu, while a comprehensive A la Carte
menu is also available. We are pleased to cater for vegetarian and other
special diets. Bar lunches are served during summer months.
The restaurant is open to non-residents.
