| Meals: | A full English Breakfast, with lighter options,
is served every day. Half Board terms include Breakfast and a three-course Dinner, with a wide selection of dishes, including fresh fish and vegetarian options. We are pleased to cater for other special dietary requirements. |

| Deposit: | A deposit of £50.00 per booking is required with
reservations. Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of seven days pending receipt of deposit of £50.00. We regret that deposits are NOT-REFUNDABLE. |

We respectfully advise all guests to take out Holiday Insurance. If you have to cancel and we are unable to re-let the rooms (every effort will be made to do so), we regret that we have no alternative but to charge the full tariff price less 30% for meals. A holiday insurance proposal form will be sent to you with confirmation.
